The information we collect and how we use it
a. When you register with us or request any of our services we need to know:
- Your name, business name and address and post code. We need this to register any contract between us and send any formal documents by post as and when required.
- Your telephone number(s). For continued communications, or if there are any problems, or we need to check anything, we need to be able to contact you quickly.
- Your email address(es). As with the above we use email addresses for regular communication and in the near future to submit invoices.
If you have agreed to receive marketing communications these may also be sent by email or post.
We gather this information to allow us to process your registration, communicate with you and process sales. The relevant information is then retained by Shenton Garden Supplies unless you instruct us to remove it.
If you write to us we may keep a record of the correspondence.

We will not keep your personal information for any purpose for longer than is necessary and will only retain the personal information that is necessary in relation to the purpose of transacting business with you.
